Matt Sohmer has B.S in Exercise Science and excelled in Neuromuscular. He specializes in strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehab and sport specific training

Be trained by one of the top drug-free strength athletes in the world. Matt’s routines are proven to work for athletes of all calibers. He has trained multiple college athletes ranging from D1-D3 to elite strength athletes. He has squatted almost 900 pounds raw and deadlifted over 800 pounds by using his programming.

12 WEEK ONLINE TRAINING

Get trained online for 12 weeks. You will be provided a customized program weekly based on YOUR strengths and weaknesses.  We will focus on strength training and sport specific training. We will train the basic core movements of squats, benchpress, and deadlift. We will work on Absolute Strength, Balance, Neuromuscular training, and technique. 16 WEEK ONLINE TRAINING

Get trained online for 16 weeks. You will be provided a customized program weekly based on YOUR strengths and weaknesses.  We will focus on strength training and sport specific training. FULL YEAR OF ONLINE TRAINING

Athletes can come up too 5x a week to train for 1-1.5 hours and will be provided a customized program based on THEIR strengths and weaknesses.  We will focus on strength training and sport specific training. We will train the basic core movements of squats, benchpress, and deadlift. We will work on Absolute Strength, Balance, Neuromuscular training, and technique.
