Matt Sohmer has B.S in Exercise Science/Neuromuscular. He specializes in strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehab and sport specific training.
He is one of the top strength athletes in the world. Matt’s routines are proven to work for athletes of all calibers, and has trained numerous college athletes ranging from D1-D3 to elite strength athletes. He has squatted almost 900 pounds raw and deadlifted over 800 pounds by using his programming and techniques.
