Get trained in person for a month (6 month package). Athletes can come up to 5x a week and training lasts about to 1-1.5 hours and will be provided a customized program based on THEIR strengths and weaknesses. We will focus on strength training and sport specific training. We will train the basic core movements of squats, benchpress, and deadlift. We will work on Absolute Strength, Balance, Neuromuscular training, and technique. I will get you bigger, faster and stronger than ever before.
