1-1 Athlete Training Per a Month


Get trained in person for a month. Athletes can come up too 5x a week to train for 1-1.5 hours and will be provided a customized program based on THEIR strengths and weaknesses.  We will focus on strength training and sport specific training. We will train the basic core movements of squats, benchpress, and deadlift. We will work on Absolute Strength, Balance, Neuromuscular training, and technique. I will get you bigger, faster and stronger than ever before.
