1-1 General Training Per a Month Option 1


Get trained in person per a session for strength training, general fitness and injury prevention and rehab. Sessions last at least 1 hour and clients can come up to 5x a week . or sport specific training. We will train the basic core movements of squats, benchpress, and deadlift. This will make day to day life more easier for you. “functional Fitness”
